YOGA CAN BENEFIT PEOPLE FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE
Would you like to experience how yoga can bring more balance, wellbeing and health into your life but struggle to pay studio fees?
Everyone who would like to explore the benefits of yoga but does not have the financial means to practice at Inner Embassy can apply.
ABOUT THE YOGA SUPPORT FUND
Inner Embassy is a non-profit yoga school built and supported by its students and teachers. The school aims to keep high-quality instruction in centuries old yoga traditions alive and broadly accessible to the community. To make that possible, the school has launched the Yoga Support Fund which allows students and community members to donate money towards yoga instruction for residents of The Hague with less financial means, but who want to experience the benefits that yoga offers for body, mind and spirit.
I’ve been curious about yoga for a long time, but memberships at studios are quite expensive. I’m thankful that I’ll get to explore the benefits of yoga through this Support Fund.
Suzanne, student at Inner Embassy
Yoga is a complete system of physical, mental and spiritual practices that can make the body stronger and more flexible, can reduce pain and stress, and can increase self-awareness, regardless of age or physical condition.
Community Manager Ingrid Ligthart says: “People often have a stereotypical image when thinking about yoga, but yoga has the potential to be beneficial for all types of people.”
IF YOU CAN BREATHE, YOU CAN DO YOGA.
